The last 2 years we have had high water in spring during the spawn. When I went out looking for the white bass spawn last march & april. I was catching 6-8 inch bass right and left. This year keeper size fish should be abundant. I cant wait till the White bass spawn I caught one that weighed 4 lbs 8 oz....I should have took a pic and measurements for a replica but dummy me I didnt....I get home and look in the fish and game book and the state record was 5lbs 2ozs..oh well maybe she's still out there... I know I am going to look for her :)
Can you believe it - he did it again - from land! This 26" Walleye was still breathing when this picture was snapped. An 18 1/2" was caught from the same spot. Fishing can't get much better than this - don't even need a boat. Stay at Deer Run Guest House & Cabins. We can tell you where and with what lure.

One of our customers was fishing off our point from land and hooked a nice Walleye. The Walleye decided to hit the brush and our guy walked out into the water and landed the fish. Now I never heard of Walleye fishing like this. Right afterwards he then caught a big Largemouth. I tell ya, the fish are biting.

Well, I had more than one, and grew to love that old car. I bought a rusted out old 1963 Champ pick-up truck back in the '70's and rebuilt it. I even drove it down here to Arkansas when we moved in 1977. I used it for a number of years while we were in the resort business and sold it about 1989 and it was still running. Don't know where it ever went. Now I own a 1950 Champion Starlight coupe, which I even drive to work once in a while. Those of you who live in Mountain Home, AR, probably have seen me driving it around town. May 9th there is a car show at our CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty East parking lot, and you bet I'll be there. There will be all kinds of antique cars, free entry, awards given by Chevy Classic Club, and free hot dogs, too. You can bring your car, if you have one to enter. If ...
