Canoe Season in Ponca: A March - June Event

March through June marks canoe season on the Buffalo National River's most beautiful section:  Ponca to Woolum.  Canoe trips vary from single-day outings to overnight multi-day adventures.  Buffalo Outdoor Center, the Buffalo River's most trusted outfitter, offers canoe rental and vehicle shuttle services seven days a week.  Saturdays are very popular canoeing days, so it's wise to book your canoe(s) in advance.  We also offer kayaks for rent, as well as 6-person rafts when water level permits rafting.   This section of the Buffalo River is Arkansas' finest scenery---don't let another year get by without seeing it!
