est. 1986 Worth the Drive, Every Time
Steve, Chris, and Joe DeVito do all food preperation and all the cooking since opening in 1986. Quality and the customer always come first is our motto. Our spaghetti sauce, meatballs, Italian sausage, breads, and two kinds of ravioli are made by hand using age old family recipes. We also serve USDA Choice steaks and fresh rainbow trout cooked eight different ways. There is also a children's menu available. We also make all our desserts from scratch onsite. You can choose from a variety of pies, cakes, baked fudge, tiramisu, and cheesecakes. Beer and wine are also available.
We are located at 350 DeVito's Loop just north of Harrison Ar. We have survived an arson/robbery in August of 2000. We have also survived the moving of highway 65 twice. We are a bit hard to find but well worth the effort.
Trout Farm
In 1970, the trout farm was built at the head waters of Bear Creek Springs. We still have trout swimming in the clean and pure fifty-eight degree water but not near as many as in the early days. We still allow trout fishing although it is best to call the restaurant and make an appointment ( 870-741-8832 ). It is great for kids and adults alike. No fishing license or trout stamp is required. We supply all bait and tackle at no charge. We bait your hook, take fish off, clean the fish, and pack on ice at no charge. You just pay by the pound for the fish you catch. You can also pay extra and have your fish cooked at DeVito's during regular operating hours. We cook your fish and add hushpuppies, choice of potato, small tossed salad and homemade bread.
